We would like to give special thanks for the excellent service we received. We called Friday morning to request transport who needed to see her surgeon in Columbus on an emergency basis. You were able to pick her up in 30 mins of my call. Your staff stayed with her for the appointment and even called us to give an update since the patient is not able to use the phone due to her illness. The patient herself was also very appreciated and complimentary. The patient stated, she normally becomes very fatigued from those transports but did not feel that way that day. We appreciate all that you did for her.
