Ambulette/Shuttle Service

ValueCare Ambulance Service understands that not all medical transportation requires an ambulance. Many patients can be transported to doctors’ appointments, procedures, etc safely and comfortably in a wheelchair van. When a patient meets medical necessity to be transported in a wheelchair van, some insurance may even cover the cost of the trip.

Our ambulette service is equipped with wide lifts that can handle over 500lbs, infection control and first aid kits, oxygen bottle holders, and secure compartments for patient belongings. In addition, shuttle service can be provided for patients who are not wheelchair bound or for companions and/or caregivers wishing to travel with their loved one.

All drivers meet the state regulations for training and credentials including a state approved driving and patient handling certification course.
